We also offer higher staff-to-resident ratios than most other care homes, and we have invested significantly in selecting and training our staff to provide the very best 24-hour care with warmth and respect.

Our all-inclusive living plan means peace of mind. There are no hidden extras or additional costs to worry about. This transparent approach means you can relax in the knowledge that you are free to enjoy everything on offer.

OUR TAILORED CARE PLAN

The more we know you, the better we can care for you. We understand that everybody’s needs are different, which is why we take extra time getting to know you and understanding what is important to you. This way, we can care for you the way you want.

And, we encourage involvement from your family in creating a care plan that is tailored to you. Technology also plays an important part in ensuring we are doing our best for you – our Person Centred Software (PCS) allows us to regularly review your care with you and your family (if you wish) and to stay ahead of the curve if your needs change over time.

Our purpose-built, luxury homes are expertly designed and built around residential and dementia care. Expert touches include “line of sight” architecture, which makes it easy for you to get around and reassurance that staff can easily see you and are always at hand. As we build our homes from scratch, we are able to invest in the latest technology and materials to ensure that our homes are optimally equipped for now and the future, transforming the way our care is managed and delivered.
