Timken Grange is in the village of Duston, close to the centre of Northampton. It is conveniently located close to the many local shops and thriving community of Duston village and also Sixfields Retail Park. Timken Grange is built on the former historic site of British Timken and has been designed and developed to retain much of it’s former heritage. Timken Grange has excellent transport links via the M1 and National Rail.


Opened in January 2018, Timken Grange is a specially-designed, purpose-built luxury care home providing 24-hour residential and dementia care in an elegant and state-of-the-art setting. Comfort, care, safety and security have all been built into Timken Grange, to provide continual support.

All of our staff have been professionally trained to deliver the highest standard of care with warmth and respect. We are proud to pay all our registered staff higher than average salaries (most homes pay less and on an hourly basis) and we have more staff for each resident than most care homes.  All residents stay with us on an All-Inclusive basis which means everything is included and you will not be charged for any extras.

Our dedicated Lifestyle Manager will spend a lot of time getting to know you, your likes and dislikes and personal goals. This allows us to develop a programme that suits you and where it can bring out the best in you with the focus on physical, mental and social aspects of your health and wellbeing.
